Connect Patreon to Synchra with a webhook URL and webhook secret.

Connect Patreon

1. Open the Synchra Dashboard, go to your channel integrations, and choose Patreon.

2. Copy the webhook URL from step 1 in Synchra and paste it into a Patreon Platform Portal webhook.

3. Enable the members:create and members:pledge:create webhook triggers.

4. Copy the webhook secret from Patreon.

5. Paste the webhook secret into step 2 in Synchra and save it.

6. Send a Patreon test webhook or wait for the next member or pledge event to confirm events are appearing in Synchra.

Note

You can connect multiple Patreon webhooks. Each one uses its own webhook secret.

Keep the secret private

Treat the Patreon webhook secret like a password. Synchra uses it to verify incoming Patreon webhook events.

Patreon member and pledge creation events can appear in your activity feed and activity alert widget. Other Patreon webhook event types are ignored.
